Excellent Service as always ! My car was filled with sod, soil, and dog hair. After working in the yard, I knew they'd have their work cut out for them, but they came through! Car looks brand new again. I did the interior detail and exterior wax. On top of that, everyone working here have a very professional and positive attitude. I highly recommend this location. Thanks to Sergio Flowers, amd all the crew for the extra effort 👌.

I’ve been coming to Sparkling Image Car Wash for several years, and they consistently provide excellent service. The team is always quick, efficient, and friendly, making every visit easy and hassle-free. A special shoutout to JP at the register inside. He’s always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. He takes the time to let me know about the monthly promotions and ways I can save a few dollars, which I really appreciate. Great customer service like his is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Highly recommend Sparkling Image Car Wash!

1 Star I've been a loyal annual member for quite some time, but after repeated disappointing experiences, I finally canceled my membership. Fernando, the manager at this location, has consistently failed to handle customer concerns professionally. On multiple visits, I did not receive the Rain-X Splash service that was included in the package I paid for. On another visit, the car wash was down, and the staff offered a hand wash instead. I appreciate that they made an effort to accommodate customers, and I didn't mind waiting over 40 minutes since the equipment was unavailable. Unfortunately, the quality of the hand wash made it obvious the job was rushed. The vehicle was left with visible dirt and missed areas, and I honestly could have done a better job myself. The final straw was my most recent experience after paying $144.47 for service at the Federal Highway near Cypress Creek location. At that point, I decided to cancel my membership because the level of service simply doesn't justify the cost. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent car wash with outstanding service! My car always comes out looking spotless, inside and out. A special thank you to Angel for his professionalism, attention to detail, and hard work. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done perfectly. The staff is friendly, the service is efficient, and the quality is always top-notch. An amazing detail. I also got a monthly pass and I come here. Four times a week. Definitely worth it. Recommending this place to everybody. At first day, told me my stains in my carpet. We’re so bad. They could’ve promised to get them out, but they got everything out. Amazing shampoo of my carpets.
