I just paid $23 for a car wash and my car was not properly clean and she basically told me they don’t have the correct products to clean off my car after the service was completed. Also, the vacuums are raggedy. They do not work. They are not strong. You will be vacuum in your car for a minimum 30 minutes and there are holes in some of the vacuums have duck tape around them. I do not recommend his car wash at all, unless you want to waste your money like I just did.

Terrible car wash! Wish I read the comments before going. My car genuinely came out of the wash dirty with scrapes all over. I think the rain honestly could’ve washed my car better. Pulled up to the vacuum section and the vacuum fell off and was broken. The vacuum I ended up using didn’t even have much power to pick up dirt. And for someone who’s gone to car wash’s for $12 that offers a good wash, plus good functioning vacuums AND cleaning rags and sprays… this one doesn’t even do the 2 let alone provide anything to actually clean the inside of your car. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend, wish I could’ve saved my money and went elsewhere.

We had the best experience at this car wash. The customer service was beyond exceptional. E. J. went above and beyond our highest expectations. He was courteous, very friendly and diligent. We have never experienced such high quality work at previous carwashes. We highly recommend this carwash to anyone, especially when E.J. is working

had a very bad experience at Spin Car Wash. I have a membership, and unfortunately this is the second time I’ve received poor treatment from the same employee. My car came out still dirty after the wash, and when I went to notify them, the woman attending didn’t even pay attention to me because she preferred to keep eating. Her only response was, “What do you want me to do?” and she kept saying that she couldn’t do anything. On top of that, I was told there was nothing they could do, that I should email the owners or go wash my car somewhere else. They even mentioned that my car was not the only one coming out that dirty, which shows they are aware of the problem but still offer no solutions. As a paying member, I expect respect, proper customer service, and quality work. It is very disappointing to see someone getting paid to treat customers poorly instead of offering help or trying to resolve the issue. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving both the quality of the service and the customer experience.

They are the worst. I asked them the people that work there. Is it OK for me to bring the truck through here to wash it and they yes And my truck got damaged real bad. And I try and try email in them to see if we can get my truck fix. And no respond. So i'm gonna take does matter in my own hands Hey, higher lawyer because they don't wanna resolve it between us. So i'm gonna go to the next step I wish them all the luck
