"Dash Away & Don't Look Back" would be a better business name than "Splash N' Dash Car Wash" ! Stay away ! Our first and only visit here. We chose this place because we were in El Paso from out of town and our nice new car (with matte finish) was southwest dusty with some bug splatter. Matte finish paint requires touchless or hand washing only. This touchless car wash was a total waste of our time and money. The Google search has it listed as the best touchless car wash, but this facility is the worst! The attendant was of little help other than running our charge card, and expected a tip. They even have a sign that tips are appreciated, but the employees do not assist in any way with the car wash. The touchless system failed 1) undercarriage was too sudden and short lived, 2) touchless wands were weak and literally useless. They circled our car with little more than a trickle. I don't think any detergent or rinse fluids were in the system. The flow was so weak that it left our vehicle literally looking unwashed, as dirty as it was when we entered the wash bay. A woman with a young boy was at the bus stop where cars exit the wash bay and enter the detailing areas. She noticed our d

I went yesterday to see if I could shampoo my front seat passenger seat. I put a dollar in the machine but lo and behold the shampooer machine was out of order. It kept my dollar but there's no sign warning you that the machine is either out of shampoo or not working. So if you're looking to shampoo your vehicle don't come here. I ended up going to another location same thing: shampooer not working.

I found this on accident when my usual was under maintenance. It's between Speedway and Albertsons. It's somewhat electronic for choices and payments and is open 24 hours. It does a hands free, drive thru airwash. Does a decent job just take your time in prewash and air dry.

Worst car wash in el paso. Paid $14 for the blue wave,but got the ripped off way. Didn't know it was an option. At the location on horizon and northloop he washes your car first then you drive in.I know the guy on Yarbrough is missing a limb but you should hire someone who can do the job or at least is willing to do so. He really doesn't care. He's not the owner
