Incredible job with my X3 that badly needed a wash. Faris made great recommendations on what was needed but did not try to oversell anything unnecessary. Waiting room was very clean and inviting, smelled fresh. And we also got to go grab brunch from the little cafe across the street. We are moving 20 minutes away from here but already know we will drive back here to get our cars cleaned!

I've had my car washed here 3 times and they have not disappointed during those times. They seem to work like a well oiled machine. The exterior wash and interior detailing has been thorough with attention to detail everytime I came, no matter how busy they are during my visit. Everytime I pull my car up, there is someone there to greet me and discuss what is needed to wash my car. Any add-ons that were suggested that I decline is never met with the typical high pressure sales tactic, which I appreciate. Houston has A LOT of high quality full service car wash facilities, but only a very few has earned my business. So far, Spotless Car Spa has become one of those businesses. Good job!!

Spotless Car Spa 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 provided an exceptional level of service from start to finish. My vehicle looks absolutely brand new—immaculately clean, fresh, and perfectly detailed. The attention to detail is truly outstanding, and it’s clear that the team takes great pride in their work. Every surface was carefully cleaned and finished with precision. In addition, the staff was professional, courteous, and thorough throughout the entire process. This is, without question, the best car wash and detailing experience I’ve had. My car looks like it was the day I bought it ... unreal!!! My jaw was on the floor when saw my car and made a joke that they must swapped it out with a new one. Every employee was very accommodating and took great attention to detail. They took care of my car in a timely manner and I was out within an hour or so. Considering the amount of work that they did on my car, I feel this was the perfect amount of time. I got the #4 service "Spotless Detail" and I'm so happy I went with this level of service. My leather interior seats look completely different, like New! The exterior is sparkling, and they even buffed out a couple scratches which was a really nice touch. I will definitely be returning to Spotless Car Spa!!

Incredible Work. These people really pay attention to detail and make sure that your car is as spotless as possible. They took great care of my Type R while I was there and left both the interior and exterior clean. Honestly only complaint is the location, hope they are able to expand more in the near future.
