I used my corporate credit card to pay for a wash on my corporate card. It did not give me a receipt for the wash. The email on the sign says .com and it's.biz. I texted the number they assured me I would have my receipt. I've asked at least five times. I emails the business at least three times requesting, zero response. I have almost a 600,000,000 views on my photos in Google maps and am a top ten percent business reviewer. Send me the receipt and I remove the comment. And I will take to Instagram as well, where I have 22,000 followers and say the same.

Why does this place exist if the whole damn thing doesn’t work? The POS machine never charges your card, it starts then does nothing. Whoever operates this place needs to figure their business model out

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I decided to get my car washed there in January 2026. Their car wash left a residue all over my car that looks like white paint overspray although I’m told it’s probably a ceramic additive of some sort in there so water or rinse water. No, it won’t come off. I just got my car washed yesterday using a pressure washer and none of it came off. I’m now going to have to pay $150 to have it hand waxed out out of my car. Even worse, I contacted Them to get a refund of my $14 and they ask for the last four digits of my credit card and said they would refund me. I never got it and when they finally sent me the transaction proof, they had credited someone else’s credit card. After several texts, they said they were sending it back to The proper department to get my money refunded, and now It is almost April 2026 and they won’t even acknowledge my texts. I’m ready to file a claim in small claims court for the cost of my getting the car waxed and having to deal with this.

⭐ (1 star) - “Five Stars for Violence, Zero Stars for Everything Else” Came for a car wash. Left with a $830 souvenir (my antenna, now in several pieces). Star Wash has the most aggressive automated system I’ve ever experienced. My Ford Fusion was bouncing around in there like it was auditioning for a demolition derby. I honestly thought about calling a domestic violence hotline for my car. The brushes didn’t wash my vehicle so much as assault it. The antenna got ripped clean off - circuit board exposed and everything. My car looked like it needed a trauma surgeon. The best part? After 8 texts, multiple calls, emails, and certified legal letters, Star Wash has perfected the art of the ghosting. I’m genuinely impressed. This level of commitment to ignoring someone takes real dedication. They’re like my ex, but with less legal liability. Turns out from other reviews, I’m not even their first victim. That 3.0 rating (from a few fake reviewers) makes so much sense now. It’s the automotive equivalent of “the surgery went okay, but we lost the patient.” Pro tip: If you value having all the parts your car came with, maybe try the gas station across the street. I can’t even belive I just wasted 20 dollars here. My car is just as dirty as it was before. I still have dead bugs and dirt all over my van. I expect a 20 dollars to at least wash my vehicle but money doesn’t get you a decent service anymore. Took paint off my vehicle but that’s about it
