Had a very disappointing visit today - been coming here for a few years to wash my car, never had a problem. Today, while selecting my wash, a young lady comes over and tells me that there's a special on membership for the wash I picked - I told her no thank you and continued making selection and trying to pay, she tells me again, there's a special and its the same price, I tell her again no thank you, not interested. She says "it's my job" I said I understand but im not interested. She continues standing over me while im trying to pay, the machine shows "waiting" she says its not taking your card, I said I can see that and I try to do it again, the whole time she is standing over me. I ask her if she could please move away as I am not comfortable and she says this is her job. And again tells me its not taking your card - im getting anxious because she's hovering close and staring at me and I ask her if she could please move away because I am not comfortable and she tells me "you can leave". I said im not reversing out, I want to pay for my wash and wash my car. my payment goes through, the boom opens, I drive through and see her running over to the gentleman manning the wash. Next

Can someone let me know if they got the same email from SSCW? So I went and got a 1 time car wash, the attendant asked for my email and cell number, I gave it to her, paid for my wash and left. 2 days later, I get an email welcoming me to their membership and that I was going to be charged $20 monthly for my membership. I didn't sign up for any membership and I did not authorize any monthly fees! I went on their website to cancel and it won't let you! Anyone else get an email like this??

not only did the car wash take off two of my car pieces but the girl that was in the tunnel didn’t even pay attention to what was going on she was on facetime with her airpods in. and at the end a car stopped in the tunnel and we were honking because we were going to collide and nobody checked on us. another thing is my car isn’t even clean and their vacuums don’t work no suction at all. plus the employee in the tunnel wasn’t even wearing any type of protection.

The person named Trinity was very kind and attentive! She is dynamic! Excellent customer service! I have not had good customer service with an in-person carwash in years. I have had other car wash memberships because I have 3 luxury cars! The kindness goes a long way for me! This makes me happy! I will ensure this is the car membership that I keep for a long time! Thank You for having workers like Trinity!

Honestly I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this location. The wash works, the vacuums work when I use them, and my car always comes out clean. You can tell the place is being managed well because the manager is around, staff are attentive, and everything keeps moving even when it’s busy. Nobody has ever been pushy with me about memberships either. Solid spot — I keep coming back.
