I have been a loyal customer of this Super Star Car Wash location for many years, but unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly. Most recently, I paid $75 for a hand wash on my Cybertruck and was disappointed with the results. The dashboard was not fully wiped down, areas of the interior were not properly vacuumed, the rear window was left dirty, and fingerprints remained on the interior glass roof. These are details that were consistently addressed in the past and are part of the level of service I have come to expect. This is not an isolated incident. Over time, I have noticed a steady decline in attention to detail and overall customer service at this location. Whether this is due to changes in management or leadership, the experience is no longer worth the price. As a result, I will no longer be returning to this location. For anyone looking for a quality car wash in Fremont, I highly recommend Autopia Car Wash on Dusterberry Way. Their staff is professional, friendly, thorough, and consistently delivers excellent service without needing reminders. The difference in customer experience is noticeable, and they have earned my business going forward.

We brought 2 cars in today and paid for the SlipStream with Rainx ($48.99/car). After assuring us of the services provided, we got our car within 15 minutes later and it looked like not much had been done. There were still crumbs on the back seat floor mats, the seats did not look like they were even wiped (just an air pressure hose used to blow out the dirt from the cracks). The exterior windows had water marks on them (from not being dried correctly), the trunk was still dirty despite them opening it to clean the frame area; the wheels were NOT hand cleaned as promised and only the dressing was applied to the tire to make it shiny but the rims remained very much dirty even in the areas they told us would be hand wiped. I would never come back to this establishment; quality of work is not worth the high prices they charge; I was better off using that money to buy my own cleaning supplies to do it myself much better.

This car just came back from car wash. God know what these guys are doing ? Paid $42.00 for this. The works.

It’s my 1st visit here. Took top type was with ceramic coating, preferred lavender scent. don’t know what they did. Felt it’s just exterior car wash & normal vacuum. Not worth for $52+
