I needed to wash my car and my host gave me the address to this car wash. Excellent price and very clean. I highly recommend this location.

This is a long post, but worth the read. I took my 91 year old grandmother's car for a detail at the "only wash place" she uses bc "no where else gets a car as clean as they do and the other people charge twice as much!" I dropped her at her salon and drove about a mile to Super Suds. I realized the key was in her purse at the same time I pushed the button to turn the car off. I panicked internally bc i realized the car was in the middle of their process line at lunch hour. The first employee I explained the problem to calmly told me to take a deep breath and relax- and not in a condescending way- but in a way that gave me a genuine place of comfort. Once other employees came to question the car sitting in the middle of a busy work line (each one being incredibly understanding) a female employee approached me and said "Im so sorry that happened. I'll drive you to the salon!" And seconds later I was in her personal vehicle talking about her kids, and headed to get the keys. Once I returned my grandmother's car was in the wash quickly, and shortly after I was told it was ready just in time to return to pick her up from her hair appointment. This place was usually pretty good, but today (01/25/24) does it feel like a WASTE OF MONEY. I paid $30 plus a $10 tip for the worst job of detail cleaning I ever had. I went at around 10:30am, was the only car there and selected the deal with the inside detailing and vacuum. My car inside looks like no one touched it, and all of my floors are still DIRTY. I have no pets so there is no hair. (I know sometimes if they see pet hair, they won’t vacuum) So I have no idea why my floor is still dirty??? Look I understand that these suds locations are job opportunities for certain disadvantaged people. So I would love to support and donate in other ways, not getting my car detailed though. The other location is worst. So to save yourself from the awkward customer service experience or lack their of, and the terrible job, spend your money elsewhere. I think there is a new detail place at the governor square mall that I want to check out. BUT DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT EITHER LOCATION TO GET YOUR VEHICLE CLEANED. This has been my favorite place to go when I’m in Tallahassee. NOT TODAY THOUGH!!! I get there about five minutes before the gentleman behind men. His car is done and he has gone through it and he said that they did a good job. I however had to have them re-clean the center consul, which is still dirty, my front floor mats are soak and wet while they didn’t touch my back floor mats, and my dash is dirty. I’m sure if I continue to look through the vehicle, they didn’t really do anything other than run of dry cloth around everything. I have I closed pictures. While you look at the picture’s remember I asked them to touch the center console and dash a 2nd time because it wasn’t done the first time.

Great place to get your car detailed. The staff was super nice and I was very happy with the results. Sure you're still gonna be finding little spots where's it's not 100% squeaky clean but for 26$ (I got the "Super works") and a wait of ~1h on a busy afternoon it's worth it if you don't wanna do it yourself.
