My truck is extremely scratched up and its not minor either my entire truck has scraches all over it now ill admit it had some scratches but nothing like this it has a long scratch down the whole side fron to back, did a damage claim waiting to hear back in 7 days if I dont hear back im reporting to the better buisness beuro and possibly hiring a lawyer i am not happy at all I have to have my truck repainted now! Would not go to this location. The pictures are nowhere near all of it just all i took pics of

Guy kept insisting I get a more expensive wash and said if I got the $10 one "soap wouldn't even hit my car." Still got the regular wash and it left scratches on my car. Went back the next day and waited to be helped for half an hour but they kept brushing me off saying they have to check security cameras to see if I was lying and already had the scratches. Just find a different place.

Overall disappointing experience went through the car wash that costs 22 dollars. To come out with a dirty car. And white specs all over my car. And on top of that the vacuum hose was broke. And on top of all that they have these barriers so you can’t reach the hose to your back seat.

I have alway been skeptical about car washes but , THIS PLACE IS AMAZING . I met a young man named triston i believe be was the assistant manager? This guy ROCKS he was polite and very helpful! He went over every option with me and assured me that he would get every bug off the front of my vehicle and DEFINITELY DID! The free self service vacuuming and wipe down was just easy to locate and plenty of rags /spray available. Parking lot was clean 👌 Will be back because of your amazing work triston THANK YOU

I have been a Take5 Customer for almost 10 years, and started a Take5 Car wash membership at the beginning of this fall. For the last couple months it has been impossible to get a car wash because it has been closed, however, I’ve still been charged my monthly fee. I have tried calling and the fact there is no chance for reimbursement is very frustrating. Will be recommending everyone I know to use a different car wash in Gainesville.
