Very rarely will I give a low rating for a business, but they really left me no choice. If a customer contacts you for business using your companies contact form, it's probably a good idea to respond.

I was very disappointed in how my experience turned out. They started out with great customer service and communication. They scheduled me quickly for the next day and even offered since it was at the end of the day to send two techs out to complete the job in a timely manner. The day of, they called me and said there was delays and asked if I could move my appointment to the following morning so they could take their time and ensure they did a good job. I had no problem with this as they assured me I would be the first client of the day. My new appointment roles around and no one shows. I waited two hours before calling and they said I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. They then said they wouldn’t be able to get to me for up to two days. I understood the first rescheduling but I didn’t appreciate being blown off the next morning. If they had been honest about their schedule from the beginning or even had sent someone immediately after I called them after the no show. I wouldn’t be writing this review. The fact that they ghosted me after I explained my disappointment about the second rescheduling also strikes me as very unprofessional.
