I had a great experience and my car looks so much better than before. The attendant (I think named Jaime)was very nice and polite. I experienced great customer service AND my car looks amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

Definitely one of the best (actually it prob is the best all around) drive-thru car wash spots in North West OC. They have the best dryer by a mile, a small & large vacuum that provide great suction, and they also have the high pressure air hose. The monthly subscription is a great value. Even if you only go 1-2 times a week. The customer service is great & they provide a microfiber towel for free and an air freshener. If there are negative reviews or less than 4 stars, then those people hate life. They will whine over a few dry water spots on their back window during a 95° day. I wouldn't be surprised if they complained about the vacuums being too strong lol. It's a great car wash. If my bumper or engine ever fall off during the wash, I will come back to edit this. 🤞🏻

⭐ ZERO Stars if i Could– Furious, Betrayed, and Still Dealing With the Damage I cannot stress this enough: DO. NOT. BRING. YOUR. CAR. HERE. This place didn’t just ruin my day — they damaged my car and then acted like I didn’t exist. After going through the wash, I came home to find fresh, unmistakable dents on my car door and damage to my tire/rim. I drove back, assuming they’d at least own up to it and start a report. Big mistake. Instead, I was met with blank stares, denial, and total refusal to accept any responsibility. They wouldn’t even give me an incident report number or explain what happens next. No apology. No paperwork. No professionalism. Since then, I’ve called multiple times — not once have they answered. I’ve even gone back in person, only to be brushed off again and again. Audry, Andrew, and Lisa have all been contacted — and yet nothing. No follow-up. No accountability. Just silence. This place is the definition of shady, negligent, and cowardly. They will happily take your money, damage your car, and pretend it never happened. You’ll be left dealing with repairs and stress while they hide behind locked doors and voicemails. Customer service and car wash efficient and professional, they validated my free car wash coupon with 0 questions, wash was fast and efficient. Definitely I would recommend this place for your car wash.

Louis was absolutely amazing!!! He had such awesome customer service and was very informative and gave me a lot of information on the different car wash packages they have and helped me decide which one I want to get. They also have vacuums for you to use and they are great and have great suction to get your carpets and seats really clean. I am definitely a new customer for good and I get a LOT of car washes. So happy I found my new favorite place! Louis deserves to be recognized for his awesome customer service. Thank you so so much Louis!!! You made today such a better day for me.
