Tommy’s Terrific Car Wash is hands down the best in town. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond. Besrat makes the best mimosas, which takes the whole experience to another level. She makes you feel like you are home with friends! My car is consistently cleaned above expectations, and they always get it done quickly without ever sacrificing quality. It’s rare to find a place that combines speed, attention to detail, and great customer service like this. If you haven’t stopped by yet to be taken care of by this team and drive away with the cleanest car in town, you are definitely missing out.

Spent $85 on a “detail” at Tommy’s Terrific Car Wash and I’m honestly annoyed. They clearly cut corners. There was still dirt, grime, and debris left behind in multiple areas, including around the rear trim and trunk area. This was not detailed work. It looked rushed and half-done. For $85, I should not have to inspect my car and find obvious missed spots right away. That’s the whole point of paying for a detail. Save your money or go somewhere that actually takes pride in their work.

Got the $75 mini detail. Website seems to say this includes "hot penetration shampoo preps for max cleaning," so I thought the carpets would be shampooed. Its definitely cleaner, but with the dirt spots left behind in the front I wonder if they actually shampooed it. Maybe the website meant to imply the shampoo was an addon, but it did not say so. Look at the photos and you be the judge. Is this shampooed? They charged double because my carpets were "too dirty". I agreed to this expecting them to fully shampoo the carpets like I paid for, but again, I can't tell if they actually did that. Carpets were all dry to the touch, no sign of shampoo. Double price is crazy. I've been to somewhere else that had a standard $40 surcharge for messy cars and they clean out trash. But this is double $75 for a not so great job, and they wanted me to remove all remaining trash beforehand. So I paid $35 extra to get LESS service. The cost just doesn't seem worth it compared to where I'd gone before. I just live far away from that other place now. I'd called ahead to ask what their upcharge was for trash and the person on the phone said they'd "have to look at it (the car)." Didn't say anything ab

Have been coming to Tommy Terrific’s for around 3 years now taking mine and my wife’s vehicle on a semi regular basis. Unfortunately, the quality of the service has been on a bit of a downward trend in recent months. I will not go all out and put a lower star review because I still feel as though overall it’s a good experience. You still get good customer service and free drinks and a nice lobby to wait in. The issue comes with smaller details around the car washing itself. I understand I don’t pay for the top of the line wash, usually the $35 interior/exterior wipe down service. I do usually add the mats and a tip making the total closer to $55 on most occasions. I feel as though for that amount of money I shouldn’t have to still go back in after and correctly place my mats and all the inserts in the cubbies around my car. I have provided a picture for reference as to what I mean. It’s a small detail but it seems like a bare minimum ask to have the mats back to where they belong. Another small detail is using compressed air on the side mirrors, especially when they have access to it. This is my go to car wash! I always have a great experience. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and my car always comes out spotless inside and out. You can really tell they take pride in their work with the quality and consistency, which keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!
