I took my car into Uptown Car Wash after my DIY attempt at fixing the headlights failed and actually resulted in more cosmetic repair. Manny went above and beyond to do the best possible job with what he had to work with. I’m truly grateful for the time, effort, and care he put into restoring my headlights. I also want to thank Alan, who has always been incredibly professional and welcoming. It’s clear that you both take pride in your work and genuinely care about your customers. You can see a clear difference in the before and after. Excellent service and great people! Highly recommended!!

Wow! Everyone here was awesome. They did a good job cleaning up a dirty car that had probably not been properly cleaned in years. My only complaints are you are seated outside on hard, uncomfortable metal benches and exposed to the elements. There is a slatted wooden overhang but a lot of sun still gets through. Good thing it wasn't cold or raining or anything D: this is what stops me from wanting to go back but if you don't mind being outside this place is great, really!

I decided to check them out, since they’re close to me. Never again. I could have gone to a self-wash myself and done the same job. There was dirt on the doors and cup holders that were supposed to be cleaned. I called the manager and he went into an entire talk on why he can’t offer more. That’s why he offers detail services. And they’ve been doing the same since 1980. You can definitely change & do better. I go to a different car wash that does the job a million times better for the same price. Next time I’ll just drive the extra 1.5 miles. This was a disappointment.

I’m new to the area and after a few days of research I’m glad I came upon Uptown Car Wash. I drove in, followed the entrance signs, after that I didn’t see the small “stop, check in here” sign. Joel noticed my confusion and approached my vehicle guiding me on who to talk to. I showed another employee my Free #3 Exterior QR code and proceeded to the drive thru car wash. I honestly was expecting it to be a by hand wash, however, I really needed a wash and my vehicle usually goes through the machine anyway. I was pleased the equipment they use because it seems gentler than other machines I’ve put my vehicle through. At the end of the wash there was 2 guys that very quickly and efficiently towel dried the remaining water. Overall I am pleased with the service my vehicle received. I am more pleased with the fact that they provided a free service , something I have never experienced before. I give props to the owner for this business strategy because I will definitely be going back and gladly pay to have my vehicle washed. Joel happily answered some questions I had about their detailing services, I have friends that have nicer vehicles and have expressed their interest in a bougie but ye
