I can’t even start on how great this car wash is! Impeccable customer service and just a great stand out price! I’ve been going here for over 5 months and every time it’s a great experience from the car wash to the staff remembering me and saying hi! You truly feel like family when you get the membership or even just come here for your first time! The price for it you can’t beat! I’m terrible with names but the tall African American male with the long locs always has a smile on his face with top notch service every time I come! I can’t wait to come back to get great service and a nice detail on my car 👏🏾

I always an amazing experience at Big Dan’s Car Wash, and I want to give a special shout-out to Nihja! He is always incredibly friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience. From the moment I became a member, Nihja greets me with a smile, answers all of my questions, and makes sure my new Bronco RAPTOR receives top notch care. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customers. Excellent customer service like his is hard to find these days. Big Dan’s is fortunate to have Nihja on their team. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for outstanding service and a sparkling clean car.

Nihja provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me out. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of efficiently. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and his positive attitude made the experience even better. I truly appreciate his help and would definitely recommend this car wash because of the outstanding service he provided.

Had such a great experience at Big Dan’s Car Wash! Nihja delivered truly top notch customer service from start to finish and made the entire experience feel welcoming and easy. The amenities and attention to detail here are seriously unmatched. They have everything you need in one spot including microfiber towels, glass cleaner, interior cleaner, wheel and tire cleaner, and even stations to wash your mats. My car looked spotless inside and out when I left. Fast, efficient, clean, and amazing customer service. Can’t wait to call this my new staple car wash spot!

Let's face it, if you're reading reviews for a car wash, its because they pretty much all feel the same at this point. Let this review help you decide: Over the past decade, living in the tampa bay area, I have used dozens of car washes because none of them ever really stood out. That changed today with Big Dan's Car Wash on 34th. The manager Nihja was very knowledgable about how to help me clean off hundreds of lovebug splatters from my windshield and grill. He patiently walked me through the washing options and gave me a recommendation on what service to use that was best for my lifestyle and circumstances, even though it was not nearly the most expensive option. However, what was really exceptional, was that he took the time to walk over to my car and demonstrate to me how to use his cleaning materials optimally to make my car shine. I have never received anything close to this level of service at any car wash. Today, he earned my very first car wash subscription as I will be certainly coming back.
