Almost all the other car wash’s in the area are hands down better than Mod. This location especially is in the worst location. To pull in you have to pull into the dunkin parking lot and drive in the back around other stores to get to the entrance. The bug cleaning section is nowhere near the physical car wash. Then even with a membership, the membership and extra lane is never working. The plate reader never works. It seems like their system is completely outdated as even signing up was difficult with multiple difficulties, which we could tell can’t be blamed on employees. The tunnel the car goes through needs a face lift as it’s not enclosed like all the other competitors it’s open to the outside with a fabric wall from the outside and just makes it feel and look outdated. Now these complaints seem like small things but comparing to competitors charging the same if not cheaper add up. There glass cleaner is in a tube that barely works. Others have spray options glass and all purpose cleaner to be able to really clean your car. Not till my 4th visit was I aware they had towels to dry the car. I had to ask and found out that they are thrown in a basket where they can be confused as

Ive had a modwash membership for a couple years now... its super convient after the beach to be able to vacuum my car and to be able to keep it looking good... today was great the guy working at this location was working by himself and had the cars moving through like a pro!!! He even took time before I entered the car wash to quickly get the lovebugs off of my grill.... I should gotten his name, but needless to say I was impressed with how he was efficient, quick and was able to manage everything on his own while offering excellent customer service!!! Sometimes ive gone to other locations and there are 3-4 people working and they act like they don't know what their doing...

I had the best experience here today! Curtis helped me and took care of something i didn’t know. He told me to “hold on” and grabbed a Brush and cleaned the live bugs and other things i didn’t realize were there. He made my mini clubman shine! He is So kind l, professional and courteous! Thank You Curtis for going the extra mile and taking g care of me!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I've been here for over two or three years as long as they've been open. I'm here about 2 or 3 times a week I have a cleaning business. Some woman named Angel just yelled at me and was extremely rude. I know it was a busy day and they were under pressure no excuses. I hope corporate finds out about it and she's not allowed at the front. Absolutely no customer service skills. Totally disrespectful. Everyone else is great and I like it there. That's all
