Per usual Woody never disappoints. All the staff members are always super happy pleasant and give you service with a smile. More specifically Wille was making sure that he went above and beyond to get me a good spot so that I can have my vehicle cleaned and washed. And the air fresheners always rock!!

Willie at Woody’s Car Wash is hands down the best person on the lot. Every time I come in, he’s always willing to help, answer questions, and make sure everything is taken care of. His positive attitude, hard work, and great customer service make a big difference, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers. Woody’s is lucky to have someone like Willie on the team.look he’s already helping somone else

I Don’t recommend this at all Woodys wash that didn’t even get bird poop off or dirt and scratches done on my car !Terrible customer service! This email is in pictures and shows when the report was done and never heard a peep so I called today (Friday ) 5 days. They thought I just let it go!! I will not I went in for wash before I purchased the membership! My Arcadia Denali has scratches all over the hood all same color and some on side of both sides. I did a report. Manager took pictures! I did t notice the scratches while I was vacuuming my car til I walked up front. I asked the lady that was doing the garage and she said the machine not working right lately and she walked away. After I was done I went found the manger did the report she took pictures I got email she gave me a paper that said 72 hours a representative from Woody’s location where the incident occurred will contact you within 72 hours this happened Monday around 8:30 9 o’clock in the morning never heard anything today is Friday before the holiday. I had to call. They never even looked at it yet they said they would call me back within five minutes. 30 minutes went by. Still never heard anything and I had to call a

​I decided to try Woodie’s for the first time after a four day road trip. I normally wash my car myself, but since it was quite dirty from the drive, I thought a professional wash would be more efficient. I was very disappointed with the results. ​Despite using the pre-prep area to scrub down the heavily soiled sections before entering, the car came out looking almost as dirty as it went in. There is a noticeable white residue left all over the dark trim and paint, and my headlights are now covered in a hazy film and streaks that were absolutely not there prior to the wash. ​For a premium car wash, I expected a much cleaner finish. I’ll be going back to washing it myself from now on.

We have always had such a great experience as a family at Woodies that it was a no brainer to reach out to our local Woodies to seek support in a school fundraiser for our Girlfriends club and 5000 Role Models. The manager I worked with, Gary, was so helpful and quick to get a response about donating supplies. Our clubs were able to successfully host a carwash this weekend in which Woodies Wash Shack donated plenty of towels, glass cleaner and air fresheners. Thank you so much to Woodies on 34th S for helping us to make this a successful fundraiser for our scholars!
