I brought my Nissan in for a wash, and I was really impressed with how it turned out. The team did an excellent job on both the exterior and the interior. The outside looked spotless with a nice, clean shine, and they paid attention to the little details that made the car look almost brand new again. Inside, they cleaned everything thoroughly, removing dust and dirt from the seats, dashboard, and other surfaces, making the cabin feel fresh and comfortable. One thing that really stood out was how clean they got the glass windows. They were crystal clear without any streaks, which made a noticeable difference when driving home. It's those little details that show they take pride in their work. The staff were friendly, professional, and handled my car with care throughout the entire process. The service was efficient, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. If you're looking for a car wash that pays attention to detail and delivers great results, I'd definitely recommend this place. I'll be bringing my Nissan back again for future washes.

Avoid this place at all costs. I had an incident happen where I was guided into the wash, heard a loud snap, looked under my car once I got home and my skid plate was torn in half. I went back about a week later (my fault for not going back right away) and filed the claim after finding out how much it was to replace the skid plate. Manager called me today and claimed my skid plate was already ripped in half prior to entering the wash. Blatant lie. I have photos from a days prior showing the bottom of the car perfectly intact. I would’ve rather them told me they wouldn’t cover it opposed to lying and stating it was pre existing damage. No accountability taken and will not be returning. Replying to your comment: I’m currently pausing my dinner to reply to this comment. I’ve already stopped in and recorded all footage including the front bumper of my car being pulled by the conveyor. I have told every employee that I’ve spoke with, the splitter was never on the car during my ownership. The damage was the skid plate underneath my car. The video footage shows an intact skid plate on all hellcats. There are lips on both the passanger side and the drivers side. Both of them are intact, t

Great car wash. My truck doesn't get dried on the back in any car wash but they have towels for a quick wipe off. Nice vacuums along with interior sprayers to get the inside perfect

I’ve been going to this car wash for years, even before it became Big Dans. I have held a monthly subscription since they opened. This wash used to be great, always cleaned my car, but recently it hasn’t done much. I went through their wash 3 times in a row one day, and still did not clean my car. I went inside to ask what was going on, and got no real answer. This has been a reoccurring issue since they changed their initial base prices and wanted everyone to upgrade to the higher tiers. I feel like they are purposely making the washes bad for anyone who still holds their original price to force them to upgrade. I’ve canceled my membership here because of this. There’s no reason why there should visible dirt all over my car after 3 washes. I know the front can have bugs, but all I had to do was wipe it off with a towel, no effort, and three runs in the car wash didn’t touch it. Some of the photos are hard to make out due to the glare of the sun on a white vehicle.
