This place is overpriced and interior cleaning doesn’t include the trunk. Not only are they overpriced, the wiping is done by a bunch of men who can’t wipe nothing worth a damn. The cup holder and the middle part is always left uncleaned. The doors, seats and dashboard still dirty. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else. Seriously. They vacuum and don’t wipe nothing and always ready to upcharge. Worse car wash ever. I’ve been here at least 10 times and was like enough is enough.

Paid for a “complete interior and exterior” service and it looked like nothing was even cleaned. Sand was still inside and they didn’t even wipe down my doors or the backseat. Definitely not worth it. However, an employee offered to re vacuum after I pointed this out. But still, car was left dirty. Go to this location only for the basic exterior service as it seems like it’s the only one worth your money.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for over 10 years and highly recommend them. They’ve taken great care of all my vehicles over the years, including Aston Martins, Maseratis, Mercedes-Benzs, and more. The team is professional, trustworthy, and always provides excellent service. I recently signed up for their membership and couldn’t be happier!

I’ve been a customer of this place for over 10 yrs but today was too much , I just found out that bugs removal is $25 supposedly because customers used to complain when used to be $5 because they were not doing a good job so they raised the price , which is fair , but not when you pay for a service and the service is not provided properly, went to talk to manager and he had bunch of excuses se he left the car the same way with bug spots on windshield and hood , demanded a refund and he ignored me he said that bugs were left too long in the car , I told him I just came back from Tampa and first thing I did was drive to carwash , I didn’t get a refund but I’m not going back again ever again , sorry A.

Please take time to read all the negative reviews posted about this car wash. In everyone the manager has a tone that he is superior to the customers. He is often telling them that they should pay more or upgrade… well I did and still could not be more surprised at how poorly I was treated. Please know that I have been a loyal customer for 23 months and due to the actions of one poor manager I will never return. He would not give his name but he acts like he owns the place (I hope he does) then he can treat people like trash and throw away 2 years of a paying member. I used to pay for the Boca Wash at a rate of $55 per month plus I would pay the $7 fee for bugs every-time I came in. I had no problem with this charge. Then since the girl inside kept seeing me pay this fee she suggested I upgrade to the highest package and bug removal was included. I checked with the gray haired man at the end of the tunnel and he agreed and then I did the upgrade. Everyone on this staff has been great fo 23 months… but today, I get someone telling me that it is going to be a $14 fee for the love bugs. I said no, it is normally only $7 when I had the lesser membership … why am I paying double no
