They raised their prices by $10 since last year which had already gone up by $5 before that. So I paid $45 for the inside and outside and when they finished there was still dog hair in the back seat and dirt on the inside of every door. My 8 year old could have done better. Now I usually have grace for imperfections but when the price went up by $15 dollars and the quality plummeted, well, needless to say I will not be returning. The one star is for the outside. If all you do is the drive through wash then you shouldn’t have any problems. Otherwise it would have been zero stars.

Terrible Customer Service, Will Never Return. I came here for the first time today and the car wash itself was decent. That’s literally the only positive thing I can say. After the wash, every single vacuum spot was taken, so I drove around the lot for a few minutes and finally pulled into a spot that had just opened up. I started cleaning my car like any normal paid customer would, and within a couple minutes an employee marched over and rudely told me I couldn’t park there. He said the spot was “for paid customers” and that I needed to move my car immediately. Then he snatched the air gun right out of my hand! Bro, I am a paid customer — I just paid for the full wash. There was zero signage saying I couldn’t use that spot, and the way he spoke to me was incredibly disrespectful. No explanation, no apology, just pure attitude and zero customer service. I left feeling completely insulted over something so small. There are way too many other car washes in the area that would actually appreciate my business. This place just lost a customer for life. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Just got a car wash and was told it would take 20–30 minutes. After waiting over an hour, I approached the employee and was told he needed even more time. I explained that I had to leave for work, so he said he would hurry up. When he told me the car was ready, it was still dirty (see pictures). He then said he “couldn’t work under pressure” because I was sitting in the customer chairs outside waiting for my vehicle. There was no manager on site to help resolve the situation or address the poor service. Do not get your car cleaned by Christian. I used to come here when washes were $25 and the service was much better. Now it’s $50 for a disappointing experience and poor customer service.

My husband and I come here often - and have for several years. We each wash our cars 2 - 3 times a month so usually just doing the self service wash, which has always been great. Today I had to work 10 times harder than I wanted to in order to get all the bugs off my windshield, hood and front grill. The cheap wash is now $12 which I get, but I do expect a much better prep job. When I shared my feedback with the manager, he just tried to upsell me on the bugs and pollen being the reason I should do the $25 full service wash. Wrong approach, sir!! He couldn’t have cared less that I was a dissatisfied customer. There are many other places for us to go -and we will not coming back with that attitude!

I’ve washed my cars here over a dozen times. Always had a positive experience. Just recently I had the “works” wash and was impressed with the level of detail and cleanliness. They even have a shaded area to sit while your car gets detailed
