Great experience every time I come here! The service is always great, and the team is friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Carter for taking the time to help me dry off my Jeep Gladiator after the wash. Really appreciated the extra help and great customer service. Definitely recommend!

First of all - great car wash!! Only $10 for the basic wash and it did a great job for our rental car which was COVERED in bugs!! PLUS the free vacuums were a treat, totally cleaned up the car and got it looking good as new. AND hospitality was great!! THEN, completely unrelated to the establishment, our sketchy rental car happened to break down. HOWEVER, the employees here were SUPER helpful and informative on what our issue was and even tried to get us patched up. We ended up leaving the car for the company to tow and deal with, but the employees here were so hospitable and knowledgeable in 1. helping us diagnose the issue and explaining it clearly to us (we are unknowledgeable about cars) 2. allowing us to leave the car and the key for the roadside assistance to pick up, and 3. allowing us to hang out in the office for a while while we waited for the company to respond + an uber to pick us up. I wish I got names because the employees I encountered here were so great, thank you so much for saving our trip to Texas!! I’m so glad I picked this place as our “end of trip car wash” !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Clearwater and had an absolutely phenomenal experience thanks to Jessica and Lucy. I’m currently dealing with the stress of my vehicle being hit and having to use a temporary replacement, so I had a lot on my mind. From the moment I arrived, these two young ladies were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made the entire wash experience completely seamless and turned what could have been just another errand into a truly positive interaction. Their attention to detail, positive attitudes, and willingness to go above and beyond are a clear representation of the level of customer service every business should strive to provide. In a time when exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Jessica and Lucy absolutely stand out. I sincerely appreciate the kindness and professionalism they showed me, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. There was a young man in the machine explaining the services and helping me choose. Right after the drive thru experience, you can go to the vacuum area where they have many non-timed vacuum machines for free and clean towels for you to finish drying and detailing your car.

MOVED TO 1 STAR: I took my car through here in the early morning. To my surprise, after getting out of the car wash, my car had black liquid all on the front of it. Apparently, the car wash thought it was a good idea to clean the blow dryers with some sort of Black substance as cars were driving through. With my car being white, it obviously stuck out. The employee responsible for cleaning the vents took photos of my vehicle and said that someone would be reaching out for the car to get fixed. 3 weeks later and no call back no email nothing. To make matters worse, when i called no one was available, and no one called me back. Will not be coming back here again. Old review: Gets my car clean everytime. The staff here are great and help me with anything or any auestions I have. Plus, you get access to the vacuums and windshield fluid refills for free. Definitely the best car wash I have been to.
