I’ve been coming to this car wash for years and have had a membership the whole time. The service has always been great, and it’s incredibly convenient since it’s a drive-through. I don’t have a garage, so keeping my car clean and protected is important, and this makes it easy to stay on top of it. I also want to give a special shoutout to Miguel. He’s always there to greet customers with a smile and helps get everything ready before you enter the wash by operating the equipment and getting the wash started. He’s consistently friendly, welcoming, and so amable. Great customer service like his is a big part of why I keep coming back. Thanks, Miguel!

I had been going to the Wash Shop back when it was Arbor, for many years. I have always experienced excellent service. I was afraid their standards may change with change of name and ownership but thankfully that was not the case. They also kept most of their staff on hand, especially Miguel. Miguel always greets you with a friendly face and exceptional customer service and professionalism. When I recently came in for my standard car wash, he took great care of my VW Taos and his team paid extra attention to detail with to my wheels, interior wipe down, and vacuuming. Their pricing is also an excellent value. I will be back soon and will spread the word 🫧🩵

The Wash Shop is worth every penny. Such a great quick car wash and everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. The help you w vacuuming your car if you need help. One of the guys took a pumice stone to my mat real quick to get some pet hair off. I highly recommend the monthly membership.

Mr. Hugo was really polite and explained the different monthly specials. Mr. Miguel was kind and courteous. When you drive into the automated car wash, someone brushes off the debris from the front and back, the car is then washed using the machines, someone at the end wipes the windows. You can turn back in to get the vaccumm and additional drying using cloth by yourself. If your wash/plan includes the wheel and other things, they would do that. Good place for a quick wash.
