Complete Auto Detail & Car Wash

While I felt the car wash was good compared to what it was when I brought it in, the car was not completely clean. There were still bugs remains left on the front of the car. I paid for the most basic package that included wheel cleaning because wanted to make sure the wheels were clean. They were not. Tire shine as applied but it was not applied to the entire tire. They also spray tire shine on the wheels that was not removed. This is my first time using their services, and I am an unaware of their quality control methods, but (in my opinion) this should not have made it through completed. If you are looking for a basic service just to get your car cleaned maybe this is a good option, but if you have an understanding or an expectation of the level of service you should receive, I would recommend do it in your own. The staff was friendly and they offered complimentary treats and drinks. The drinks and treats were plentiful either premium options. I think this was definitely a highlight because I brought my son with me. Final note to complete Auto Detail: If this is a common practice and people should have lower expectation, then maybe you should make the tip option available at

This is my third or fourth visit, last time I paid for the premium clean. After being told the vehicle was ready I requested they vacuum the visible dirt in the trunk, and wipe all four door surrounds, dirt and water spots on and under the fenders. This visit I paid for the deluxe clean and noticed they were quite busy. My car exterior was cleaned and the vehicle was pulled up to the curb. Stood by my vehicle for 25 minutes and watched as not one worker touched the vehicle. Eventually a employee in a light tan shirt came up to the car and wiped the back trunk once and wiped the drivers side window on the inside. He asked if it was mine and said it was ready. I had a business dinner to attend and after waiting just over 2 hrs for my vehicle and upset with the final 30min of unnecessary waiting. I needed to leave without inspecting like last time. Unfortunately this is the result of spending $75 and two hours of my day. Would not recommend, there are plenty of eager detailers on NextDoor that will come to you and not hand you the keys until they're satisfied with the results. I've noticed after several visits and reading some of the bad reviews this onus is on the customer to call

Great staff. I have been using this place to get my car washed for more than three years now. Havent had any negative experience with car wash so far. They also have great taco place right next to the wash. Prices are good if you opt for longer membership ( yearly ones ). Single wash session prices are bit on the higher side. Highly recommend this place as long as you opt for longterm membership.

Paid for the Premium Wash and was really disappointed. There was a lot of dust still inside and they didn’t dry the truck completely. They are detail oriented. They are just trying to get you in an out quick and not really taking their time.

Wanted to give this place a good review as I’ve been coming here for a long time but have left frustrated often. There really isn’t rhyme or reason when it comes to the order they clean cars. Multiple times (3+) I’ve been sitting (well over an hour) and seen countless cars come in, get cleaned, and leave. This is the case 90% of the time and it’s such a bummer because the people do work very hard and I wish it was more organized to leave a better review!
