I went to Drew's for the first time ever. I had my son's truck that had mud on the runners etc. I did everything I was supposed to, pulled forward when he told me to and kept my foot on the break. The truck started going on the belt and he is motioning to be to stop. I couldn't. I paid $17.00 for a partial wash job because he had me roll onto the belt. I wonder if he did it on purpose because he didn't want to clean the mud?

The crew members working were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Making the change from another competitor in town was based on conveyor/chain system and proximity of the location.

We recently utilized a flyer for a complimentary car wash. We found their pricing for one-time washes, monthly packages, and extra services to be quite reasonable. We opted for their premium wash, which included a variety of features, as well as access to vacuum machines, towels, surface cleaner, and air freshener. Our vehicle had accumulated considerable dirt from various summer excursions, along with the usual accumulation of insects. Following the wash, the use of the vacuum terminals, and the wiping down and vacuuming of the interior, our car appeared remarkably clean. One minor detail was that we were uncertain whether the service included tire shine, as it seemed partially applied, but not fully covering the tires; perhaps the machine ran out of the product. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The manager was exceptionally helpful in resolving some issues we encountered with the wash coupon. We highly recommend bringing your vehicle; the process is straightforward and convenient.

Great service! The worker at the start helped me with the machine and she made sure all my stuff was secure. The guy afterwards took his time, got most of the bugs and dried the truck nicely.

I was a big fan of Drew’s carwash until I went to the new Booneville location in Bryan, Tx… I understand it’s new but that is more of a reason to improve your customer service instead of throwing your hands up and saying there’s nothing you can do when the machine just cracked my windshield in three places… I was kind and understanding until excuses where being thrown around to avoid helping a supporting customer… absolutely ridiculous! This location needs to step it up or they won’t stay open for long…
