Avoid this location if you care about your paint. I always pre-rinse the brush and apply soap before scrubbing, yet the equipment here still managed to leave deep scratches all over my truck. This isn't my first time using a self-serve wash, but it is the first time a business's equipment has damaged my vehicle. Highly disappointed.

Wash attendant Jose was extremely rude to me after washing my vehicle. Once I was done washing, he came up to me and explained he needed me to leave the stall so he could replace some chemicals. I had washed my floor mats and was putting them back in my vehicle and told him I’d be a minute or two then it’s all his. He then went on to follow me around my vehicle basically saying the same thing over my shoulder to urge me to move quickly. Feeling threatened I raised my voice and said I’d need just a minute or two and for him to leave me alone. He then further escalated the situation and threatened to dirty my vehicle with chemicals of if I didn’t leave immediately. Following this threat, I got in my vehicle and asked for his name and how to contact his managers. He gave me no information on his managers, but suddenly he had all the time in the world to talk to me. He asked my name and took my license plate information while blocking my ability to leave the car wash. This ez wash is the same as other facilities I’ve used around the valley in terms of self wash services, but this employees attitude and threatening behavior are extremely concerning! This review is for the touchless car wash only. First, the positives: I appreciate that this is a 24-hour car wash, which is convenient for everyone. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a discount when paying for the highest-tier wash — listed at $14, but I was only charged $12 (possibly because I paid in cash). Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. When my car came out of the wash, I was shocked to see that it looked just as dirty as when I went in. The only noticeable difference was that the wheels were slightly cleaner — maybe by 10% at best. I’ll be fair: I didn’t expect the bugs on the front bumper to be completely gone, but I expected some improvement. There was none, and that’s incredibly disappointing. It felt like a complete waste of money - and honestly, a waste of time too.

Usually use the manual wash stalls but I figured I would try their automatic car wash today. All was good till the main brush tried to rip off my back bumper.

Came across this location as I was looking for an alternative to Don Johnson Car Wash. Nicely lit in some bays and had all the features I was looking for. Good soap, good soap pressure and good rinse pressure. Overall happy with the way the car came out. Vacuums were great too! The only bad things I found were: 1.) Machine does not beep to let you know that there is less than 1 minute left. 2. Some bays had only 1 light fixture, which is terrible for night washing. 3. HUGE area of concrete damage at the east entrance/exit. My car is lowered and this would have made it difficult to exit.
