Asked attendant to turn off the tire shine as I typically do at other washes, and he said okay I will, he never turned it off. Water quality is poor, after the dryers half dried the car, all remaining water left terrible spots from a poor rinse. Wheels still dirty. Better washes elsewhere.

Wow ! Just picked up our car and they did a fabulous job inside and out!!! See Enrique, he will make sure they do it right. Very happy and we will definitely go back. Local businesses owner!

I paid $20 for a car wash here and honestly, I couldn’t even tell if my car was washed or not. It really wasn’t worth the drive. I didn’t like this place at all. The only reason I added one extra star is because they do have free vacuums. But my car was still dirty after the wash, so I had to clean it myself by hand. There are other car washes that do a MUCH better job for $13. Would not recommend.

Fintz Automatic Car Wash in Boca Raton is an absolute waste of money. I paid for the upgraded wash with the whole “ceramic x3” pitch and still got the basic wash. Drove back around to ask what happened and was told, “Oh, the wheel shine is a misprint” by the guy. Great, so I asked for a refund. “No, no refunds.” So then why am I paying extra if it’s all the same thing? Make it make sense. To top it off, the wash itself was terrible. Water spots everywhere, car wasn’t dry, and it looked like I rinsed it myself with a garden hose. If you insist on going here, just get the $10 wash because that’s literally all you’re getting anyway. 1 star. Would not recommend.

1 Star – Not Worth It Paid extra at Fintz Car Wash in Boca Raton to have the interior cleaned — they only vacuumed the carpets and left everything else dirty. Seats and surfaces weren’t touched. When I called the manager, he said “That’s what we do. If you don’t want to come back, don’t.” Unbelievable. I’ve been here before and got better service for less. Now it’s overpriced, rushed, and rude. Not worth the $30+ — skip this place
