I love this place. I really really do!! Charles so very exceptional each and every time that I go to that car wash. He is always pleasant and focused on customer satisfaction. He goes above and beyond so please give Charles a promotion and a raise. He deserves it!!!

I had an excellent experience at Hang 10 Car Wash! The service was outstanding from start to finish. A special shoutout to CJ, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to help me with anything I needed. My car looked amazing when it was finished—everything was spotless and attention was paid to every detail. It’s not often you come across someone who takes so much pride in their work and treats customers so well. If you’re looking for a car wash that provides great service and truly cares about customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Hang 10. Thanks again, CJ, for the fantastic experience!

My father who requires handicap parking visited Hang 10 Car Wash on Orange Blossom Trail today, and the experience was extremely disappointing. A designated handicap parking spot was being used by an employee vehicle with no handicap placard or license plate. This appears to be used as an employee parking space, which is completely inappropriate. This is also not the first time this has happened at this location. When I reported it, the front desk employee was dismissive and responded with attitude, even saying, “How do you know if the person who owns the vehicle is not handicapped?” This was unprofessional and ignored the fact that there was no visible permit. It then took about 30 minutes for the employee to even come to the vehicle, and once he did, he sat inside for another 10 minutes revving the engine instead of moving it promptly. During this entire time, my father was left waiting for access to the handicap space. There seems to be no proper separation between employee parking and designated handicap spaces. Just signed up today, had a wonderful time. The carwash and equipment was great. My car definitely needed it. TONY was awesome! Helped me with my tires. A perfect gentleman. Thanks Hang 10 :)
