Do not trust this car wash with your vehicle. This business went under new management about 7 months ago, and the service has completely deteriorated.I brought my truck here and specifically requested that they remove the antenna before entering the wash, as is standard practice to prevent the machine from breaking it. When my truck was returned to me, there was a massive scratch behind the antenna that went all the way down to the bare metal. It even appeared as though someone had attempted to hastily paint over the damage to hide it.When I confronted the manager—a young man around 24 years old wearing Meta smart glasses—he claimed he personally removed the antenna and that the deep scratch was already there. When I asked him to pull up the video footage from his Meta glasses to prove his claim, he suddenly stated he wasn’t recording.They damaged my truck, attempted to cover it up, and the management lied to avoid taking responsibility. Save yourself the headache and paint damage: take your vehicle somewhere else.

Terrible management by a “manager” named D. One of the employees gave false info about rain check. Instead of honoring what the poorly trained employee said and just be good manager D refuses to run the car through a machine for a client the comes to the establishment often. Now I can see why this place has this kind of low Google rating!

I have been using this car wash for several years and regularly bring all of my vehicles here. But today I was shocked from the behavior of their employees, I purchased the most expensive wash, "Gold" but my car was still quite dirty when it was being dried, so I asked the employees to add extra product and make sure that some of the smudges were cleaned out, and offered to pay extra since I was asking to do extra work, Instead they talked rudly, didn't accept my offer to pay more for a hand detail instead of the automatic wash and ended up scratching the hood by using a dry dirty cloth, When I asked them to stop scratching they started laughing and said that my car was already damaged and previously very scracthed all over, which was not true because it is a brand new BMW

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Ever since El Car Wash took over Miracle Car Wash, this place has gone completely downhill. What used to be a reliable car wash has somehow turned into a business that charges customers for a service while acting offended when customers expect that service to be provided. The employees are some of the laziest workers I have ever encountered. Half the time they don’t clean the car properly, miss obvious spots, and put in the absolute bare minimum effort. Then when you politely point out that your car is still dirty, they act like you’ve just asked them to solve world hunger. I’ve never seen a staff so annoyed by the idea of doing the job they’re literally being paid to do. The customer service is somehow even worse than the cleaning. Employees are rude, dismissive, and have actually laughed when concerns were brought up. Nothing makes you feel more valued as a customer than being laughed at after paying for a service that wasn’t done correctly. It’s honestly impressive. I’ve been going to Miracle Car Wash for several years now. It is close to my home and works great for my routine. I stay in the car with my two kids the whole time and they love it, which is a big reason I chose it years ago. The Monthly Gold Membership used to feel like great value with the complimentary towel dry, vacuums, and high-pressure compressed air nozzles. Lately the the air nozzles don’t appear to be functioning properly anymore and no longer do their job the way they used to. Bug removal used to be included as a perk with proper pre-wash prep before entering. Now it’s a quick spray done, with less attention to detail than before. I will say they did a great job on a recent hand wax and the car came out looking really good, so I know they are capable. I hope this is just a bump in the road with new management and that these issues get addressed sooner rather than later. I really do like this place and the service it used to provide. I even had my dad sign up recently because of how much I valued it. But at this point, we are both considering switching if things do not improve.
