My 3rd year as a customer and I’m just now leaving a review! Be far the best car wash in SP. I’ve been to them all. Their employees are professional and sparkly car.

Bought the membership almost a year ago now. In the last 6 months its more than doubled without any notification. Ive attempted to cancel through their online like they tell you, and its had an issue LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE TIME. They barely touch your car on the initial with a brush (when there are 4 people that are standing around). This place is a scam. Dont let them bait and switch you. Do not recommend, and cancel my membership!

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is the best car wash I’ve been to so far. The customer service is excellent, and the whole place is clean, well maintained, and designed to make the experience easy. The vacuums, powerful blowers, and covered awning are great amenities that really set them apart. My car came out looking spotless, and everything was quick and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Tidal Wave Auto Spa to anyone looking for a quality car wash.

Had a great experience taking my car here. JJ was really nice to me and did a great job explaining everything, and helping me pick the best package. Also, people are right about the vacuums here. They are really strong and were able to suck up all the beach sand. Thanks again

This is hands down the best car wash in town. They pre-wash your vehicle for you before going in with scrub brushes, unlike the other places where they provide the brushes but you do it yourself. They also provide towels and spray cleaner at no extra charge. All around excellent service, JJ really went above and beyond for me. This is the only car wash I’ll go to now. 10/10
