I’m not sure what has happened with this place! They have increased their prices and the friendly customer service is drastically reduced. After my Full Service car treatment I noticed that a part of the center console hadn’t been cleaned. I was told by a teenager, “I’m sorry m’am we aren’t allowed to touch that. If you want that cleaned you will have to get the next level up service.” Had this been followed up with something like, but now that you know, I will wipe it out for you this once. I would not have had a problem with the response. Customer service, I would say not.

Have been coming here for years. They don't do a great job, but they don't have any competition, unfortunately. Recently began adding an extra "prep" charge as well as a second "extra" charge for SUVs. (Mine is a small SUV, so that's ridiculous.) They did not disclose either of these charges until after they started on my car so I had no chance to opt out. SUPER shady way to run a business and we will not be returning.

Got the full detail inside and out. Initial pick up, the truck looked great. $200 total and I planned on giving a good review and forgot. Good thing I waited. I don't use this truck ever and recently noticed that everything rubber and plastic that they wiped has a white residue that is impossible to get off! I've been scrubbing the bedsides with dawn and carwash soap, and the streaks are still there! My truck hasn't been used since getting washed, and it looks terrible. Plus, my leather seats and steering wheel are greasy now. My hands are greasy from using the steering wheel. I understand using products on a vehicle, but use the right ones. This is ridiculous. The truck is still clean, but I need to go get it cleaned again. I was going to bring my primary truck to them, but I'll pass. They wanted $60+ to hand-wash just the outside. I considered the $ amount decent, but not if they make it look like this.
