Purchase a drying towel for my car and the machine was two dollars and it took $10 out of my bank. I cannot contact the owner for this place. I want my $10 back because I did not receive anything all I want just one towel for two dollars and it took 10.

Full disclosure: I’m one of the owners, but I use this car wash and this car wash alone. We have upgraded everything in our Coffee Rd. location and I’m loving it. I have a big car and it cost about $10 per wash, but I have it down. I’m loving the tap to pay, the clean facilities and the fact that we’ve been able to get rid of any criminals loitering. If you see me in my black Bronco say hi! I’ll gladly help you out and who knows, you might get a few free tokens! Thanks for the feedback and keep it up, our goal is to provide a safe, clean facility where you get what you pay for. Great place to wash your vehicle or animal.very reasonable,high-quality facility and very clean. Every time I come here the manager, Tim has been nothing but pleasant and very helpful. I used to go to the competition and paid a lot of money, not anymore! I highly recommend you go out of your way to this facility, you can watch the engine of your car, truck, and they have all the bells and whistles that you need. Plus they work!! Vacuum or shampoo your carpets both features are available. Cash or card with a vending machine for everything you need to clean the inside or outside of your car. I can’t say enough, thank you Tim Customer Services impeccable!

I have had some of the same experiences I see bellow here. I was frustrated about the credit card reader not working and ran into the owner. He was fixing issues at the wash that day. He turned on the pet wash for us and let us know that the car wash is undergoing improvements that include tap to pay. I thought that was excellent service and I am glad to hear they are remodeling. I find the pet wash extremely convenient (3 dogs), I will be excited for the new upgrades!

Do not bring your pet here! The pet wash stall was extremely gross: flying hair all over, and wet hair inside the washing bay. There was no clean water, only soapy water coming out of the hose, even on “Rinse” setting. I had to take my dog back home, full of soap, and rinse it there. I don’t normally give one star reviews to other businesses, but Sparkles totally deserves it.
